The Spireites dug in deep to earn themselves are valuable win at Oxford, having taken an early lead through Richards they had to withstand a barrage of attacks on their goal. Everybody gave their all and the defence again was outstanding. If I am going to be critical they need to shoot from distance a lot more, they got into really good positions, but instead of pulling the trigger they would pass to another player. The fact they only had one shot on target shows that they are still strugging to create chances. The Spireites travel to Torquay on Tuesday hoping they can make it 3 wins in a row.
