Experienced Coach Joins The Spireites

Experienced Coach Joins The Spireites

Former professional football player Gerry Carr gained a UEFA B licence in 2007 followed by UEFA A licence in 2009. He has just completed the UEFA PRO Licence.

Carr the most successful player/coach in the history of Sligo Rovers Football club. He won eight winners medals in total spanning eleven years. Four winners medals as a player and four as Coach/Assistant manager. He has won every trophy in the League of Ireland concluding with the premier division league title in October 2012 which was the clubs first title win in 35 years.

Apparently he took charge of a Youth Academy training session recently, which was very well organised and started on time and was very high tempo.

Cook means business looks like he wants everyone from the youth Academy upwards to play in the same way. So when a senior player is injured or suspended a youth player would find it easier to step in and take their place.

Welcome to the Proact Gerry Carr look forward to seeing the progress the youth players make under your influence.
