'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Scott Boden Joins Alfreton 0n Loan

Boden who joined the Spireites in 2008 from Sheffield United, he has made 103 League appearances, scoring 15 goals. Scott has always been a popular player with the fans and the club itself. He has always given his all when playing for the club.

Alfreton have signed him on-loan with a view to signing him permanently in the Summer when his contract expires. Wayne Bradley Chairman of Alfreton spoke to the Derby Telegrapth earlier this week, he said: 'Scott is a player we are interested in. We're happy to be in discussions about his long-term future, as well as short-term.'

I feel this a great move for Scott, a chance for him to kick start his career and at 23 he is still relatively young in footballing terms. I feel he needs a run of games in order to show what he is capable of.

Good luck Scott we will be looking out for you hoping to see your name in the goalscoring column for Alfreton.
